Civil War Confederate Fretwell – Singer Torpedo , from Mobile , Alabama, This Torpedo was the invention of two Texans – Dr J.R. Fretwell and E.C. Singer . They set up productions of their Torpedo , in 1863 in Mobile, Al. , and this was a sand cast brass, one that was produce in Mobile, This was Found back in the 1960’s in the Mobile area . This ia a Very Rare and Nice Confederate item . $4500.00
